How it all began
Whilst travelling extensively for work in 2014, Arnaud Nicolas rented out his flat in Manhattan NYC on BNB LEADER. However, without local support to manage bookings, check-ins, key exchange etc whilst he was away, Arnaud Nicolas found it was almost impossible to maximise the rental returns and deliver his guests an experience to achieve 5 star ratings. It was when Aurelie stepped in to offer her help that the idea of Concierge BNB was born.
The dream was to start a customer service focused solution where hosts and guests were at the heart. Providing hosts with peace of mind while away, and opening the door of beautiful homes to travellers to enjoy an hotel experience in a home environment.

1. Offer a personal touch
Having a characterful, clean place with comfy beds and fresh linen is certainly key to creating a comfortable space for guests, but demonstrating a personal touch is what takes a property to the next level.
